Rachel has been in the mortgage industry for several years and has worked in various roles. She entered the industry with the mortgage crash looming, helping families modify their mortgages and providing them additional debt solutions. From there she worked as a Processor and Underwriter for a few years before transitioning to the sales side. For the most recent few years, she worked as a Production Manager, running a team with an annual production volume over $50,000,000. She has since transitioned to a full Loan Officer managing her own team.
She has leveraged her experience to better serve her clients and allow her to be a valuable resource. She is passionate about helping her clients build wealth through home ownership and views her role in the process as an advocate, serving each client with integrity and honest advice. She has never missed a closing and works diligently to ensure her clients are pre-approved quickly and accurately, limiting any potential risk once they are under contract. Building trust and lasting relationships is her main goal, not just to make a sale. She is licensed in several states and has a proven process of successfully getting her borrowers to the closing table with speed, ease, and confidence.
Rachel specializes in luxury financing and understands the nuances of these transactions, working diligently to ensure she is handling her client’s finances with great care. She is also well versed in VA and confirming financing, frequently helping Veterans and first-time home buyers successfully navigate the home buying process.
Rachel is a native of Colorado and loves her home! Having spent her life in Colorado she loves hiking, biking, boating, and off-roading with her family, as well as relaxing and curling up with a good book on a cold day. She enjoys traveling with her family and experiencing new places and cultures.
